Tracy had a good late season run taking second in Clayton then winning the Solo Classic in Dubuque. Steve Siepp is happy with his AOY Runner-up award though AOY number 6 would have been sweet. Going into the event four anglers were in contention and all four always have the potential of having a big day. Justin Willett and Mason Jackson had a chance but it just wasn’t their day.
Tracy quickly gives credit to the wisdom he has learned by being in the club. “I have never fished with Harry Miller or Art Lerhman but I found that magical spot on a current seam and everytime I caught one I felt my mentors would be proud! Harry and Art both have preached current seams and read the water!” Good advise.
