Bellevue 3/27

The 2022 season is off to a good start. Thirteen teams ignored the fridge weather last Sunday to compete in the first tournament of the year. Pre-fishing was tough but fish were more cooperative Sunday. Many “shorts” were caught and many slots were caught, the key was finding the right ones to bring to the scale. In all 25 fish were weighed. First place went to the team of Dave Ahman and Jason Hancock who had a banner day, bringing in 5 fish at 9.62 lbs and claiming the big fish of day at 3.23 lbs. Second went to Cody Decker and Mason Jackson with 5 fish and 9.53 lbs. Zach Dowell and Scott Farrer finished a respectable third with 7.78 lbs.

Thanks to all our participants and to the families that come share the excitement of the results announcements. Congratulations to our winners! Our next event will also be in Bellevue April 24th so mark your calendars. We hope to see you then.
