Our Solo Champion has been crowned. Congratulations to Clayton Frieberger with a very impressive weight of 17.85 lbs for 5 and a big one of 9.2 lbs. BJ Eiben needed to get first and big fish to win Angler of the Year and just came up short with 2nd and over for 16.09 lbs. Tim Fiedler struggled early but put a pattern together late to get his 5 fish and an over to finish 3rd at 15.45 lbs. Mason Jackson had a solid day with an over at 13.41 lbs for forth and Justin Willett scored the big fish of the day (and year) at 9.85 lbs for 5th.
So while results are being finalized, we are confident to declare Sam Willett as our Angler of the Year. He did prove he can catch fish on tournament day! Angler of the Year Runner Up is BJ Eiben. Our Rookie of the Year is Steve Jeffer with a very impressive 54 point season. The Big Fish of Year honors is Justin Wllett’s fish today of 9.85 lbs. Congradulations all! Each feat is special and will be celebrated at our annual banquet!
