All was looking good for a great event in Clinton until Mother Nature threw some nasty storms a couple of days prior. The flash flooding of Thursday caught up to the Clinton pool by Sunday and shut the bite down completely in the channel. As usual, someone always figures out a bite and those were the ones that retreated to cleaner water in the sand pits. Congratulations to Dave Hall / Paul Hebbleln for a 5 fish bag and the win at 12.5 lbs. Right behind them werre Mark Alexander and son Jacob with the only other 5 fish bag at 10.24 lbs. Both teams shared the honor of the big fish at 19″. Other that caught fish were Tyler Riegler / Zach Rannals and Brian Houselog and Adriel Macintosh. Kutos for the other 13 teams that stuck out the battle, it was a long day!
